What we collect
For customers: account details of your staff and the patient, insurance and billing data you load or exchange through Revora. For website visitors: what you send us through the contact form.
How we use it
To run the services you contract for: scheduling, eligibility, claims, payment posting and patient statements. Protected health information is used only as your business associate agreement allows.
Sharing
With the payers, clearinghouses and processors you direct us to exchange data with, and with sub-processors bound by the same obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
Patients should contact their provider to access or correct their records. Website visitors can ask us to delete contact-form submissions at privacy@revora.health.
